I come to find in this life there’s no perfect in anything here! I have found very few people family included that I can count on when needed. Mrs. Carlos from 1st Class Realtors is not perfect , but she stands in a different way with me verses others in my life , I’m saying she’s great. Professional is there Educated is there , but the most important element to her credit for me is her caring to make a difference better in my life. This Woman would share fifty cents off a dollar to insure my comfort. I have not received such dedication to duties not even from the ARMY that I held so close.

Cherice has been EXTREMELY helpful through the whole process including with a house falling through due to the house coming close to caving in. Her #1 priority is SAFETY and that is extremely important. I’m a first time home buyer and it’s felt almost as easy as buying a snack from the grocery store. Even with the whole lender side getting a bit messed up. My wife and I would NEVER have gotten this all done without Cherice. I will recommend her to anyone that ever asks or tells me they’re looking to buy a house. 5 stars, hands down!!

He was very attentive to our needs when seeking a home, always available and catered to our needs in every aspect.
