She made multiple suggestions on what improvements and repairs needed to be made to make the house desirable to potential buyers. She provided contacts to contractors that gave us the excellent service and prices for improvements and repairs. Olivia and Silvio repeatedly went above and beyond to make the whole home selling experience as stress free as possible. She knows the Norfolk/Portsmouth market well and found a buyer within the first week or so! From listing to close it only took around a month!
