Julia Swanson5 StarKristin is literally the BEST realtor in Hampton Roads. This woman is INCREDIBLE. Kristin was our first realtor and walked us through everything. She was extremely patient & answered all my questions - even the same questions 2 or 3 times. She explained all the processes with us and made everything so easy to understand. Kristin took us to SO many houses to tour to narrow down what we were looking for in first home. She was patient, kind, and the absolute best person. We won’t go with anyone else to buy or sell a home. She even created a Home Bible for us which provided us step by step instructions and documents for us in one place.
