Heather & team provided extremely detailed videos of multiple properties to ensure we found our home without being in the area to vet the houses personally. My Experience with Abbitt Realty (Alex and Kathleen Hazelwood were my a agents.) was fantastic. I had a terrible 6 month long experience with another agent prior to using Abbitt and was terrified to try again. Alex was wonderful, I explained my situation, and fears. He reassured me the house would sell with out any problems. I was kept informed every step of the way. Questions and concerns were answered promptly. The house was listed and we had showings the next day, within 2 weeks we had offers and the house sold. This is where Kathleen came into play getting a tremendous amount of paperwork together and organized and ready for the signing. Kathleen kept me informed and explained everything, she accompanied me to the signing to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend the Hazelwood team their experience, knowledge, and caring it outstanding.
