Alex, as my realtor, helped me buy a house that I fell in love with as soon as I saw it. The owner had already received at least a dozen contracts in the first day, and Alex helped me win the bidding war, and at a price I could afford. She works very hard for her clients and loves a challenge. She is personable and friendly -- a kind, genuine person.

I started working with Alex for managing a rental condo in 2012. She is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with. She provides sound advice about rental markets and potential renters based on her years of experience. She came highly recommended from friends of ours and I was not disappointed. She knows the Hampton Roads area and I would definitely use her again for property management, property sales, or purchases! When it came time to sell she was the only realtor we wanted and we will definitely use her again in the future.

Mrs. Perecko has been my property manager/realtor for more than five years. She is always professional, responsive and follow-up promptly to my concerns. As a property manager she always seeks the most cost- effective options for any repairs or maintenance concerns. Her people skills are exceptional and I trust her management decisions whenever I am not available. I would highly recommend her to my closest family and friends.

One of the most important attributes for any professional is effective communication. Alex was superb at communicating with us, whether we experienced house repairs and work orders, or our move out and renters agreement. She was able to get our entire heater replaced when it died in the dead of winter in under 24 hours! She kept us in the loop whenever she was showing the house or was sending someone over to make a repair. We were sad to leave and would have loved to stay in the house much longer because we felt like we were being taken cared of. Alex is a wonderful person who made us feel like we were looked after and we couldn’t have asked for a better property manager.
