My experience at All/Pros was the absolute worst experience I've had with a property manager. They gladly took our 100 dollars in application fees and 350 dollar deposit on a house. Gayle Short could not reach us the day we turned in our application because she couldn't read the phone number, and instead of trying to call the other phone number on the application, or even the EMAILS, we were contacted two days later after repeated attempts to get in contact with our agent, then throughout the process she contacted us maybe twice during the entire process after more repeated attempts to contact her. One of which, she told us that the house was likely ours, but she would get the official OK Monday. More repeated attempts to reach Gayle Short all day Monday just to be left on read ( because she had her read receipts on) and then get a text message not a phone call ON TUESDAY that another applicant was selected because she hadn't heard back from our previous landlord, and surprise surprise, she dialed the wrong number for an APARTMENT COMPLEX and couldn't verify our rental history. Instead of contacting us to verify the information, she just let us sit, and wait, in a market where houses get multiple applicants the day they are posted, now me and my daughter have roughly a month to find a place that doesn't have a wait list or we are out on the streets. Then I call to file a complaint with her supervisor who always seems to conveniently be out of the office. He finally calls me back and tells me the only thing he cant refund is the $55 credit check that Gayle happily had us pay, and I am convinced that she had no intentions of getting us into this house. I understood this because it was a third party company, but now the supervisor of Gayle Short is again, conveniently out of the office, and the secretary is telling us we won't be getting the $100 in application fees back after we were told we would. This is an absolute joke of a company. If you are looking to rent through them I would highly suggest you RUN AWAY. ESPECIALLY IF THEY GIVE YOU GAYLE SHORT. We were in a sense, stolen from by this company, and I will be filing complaints and reviews on every platform possible to help warn potential customers of these scam artists that work here.

Kimberly Nasfell and All Pros Realty made for a phenomenal real estate experience!! She came highly recommended by other homeowners and did not disappoint. She was 100% engaged from the beginning, sitting down with us and seeking our input and ultimate goals. She gave a thorough assessment of our home with realistic comps in the area, discussed improvements that needed to be made before listing and walked us through the process (even rolling up her sleeves and pitching in on several occasions)! All of the goals that we set (listing price, offers, closing dates, etc…) were achieved…and then some!! She was an absolute pleasure to with to help us in selling our home and made, what could have been a stressful process, seamless and painless. Can’t recommend enough!!

My family was looking for a rental and I just so happened to stumble upon Kim N’s information and she was simply amazing. So knowledgeable, so helpful, and she really cared about helping my family find everything we needed in a home. She was so responsive. She literally helped us find an amazing home in one week’s time. She scheduled every viewing. We literally had a home to view the very next day after I made contact with her the first time. She also provided us with tips that would help us secure a home. I will forever be grateful for her services and the care and concern she showed me and my family. When I’m ready to buy I will definitely be using Kim.

All Pros Realty provided me with excellent service and advice. After living in NYC, NJ, PA and Ohio, I was delighted to be met with such support from Top Agent Patrick Venditti along with the owner/ broker and his wife! Their personal touch and genuine interest was evident in all the detailed work they provided. They took care of me through the sale of 2 homes over recent years! They made my situation: divorce... very positive and win/win. Hats off to a Top Notch professional organization with a personal touch!
