I don’t know where to start when it comes to my thoughts on Ashley as our realtor. She is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. She is one of the most personable and charming people I’ve ever met and I told her multiple times that that must have so much to do with why she is so successful. Ofcourse, that is not the only reason she dominates the real estate business. She is also incredibly smart, on top of things, crazy passionate and wildly driven to succeed. I had ZERO DOUBTS she was speaking total truths when she told me she would do whatever she had to do to get us into our dream home. I walked away from another realtor (unsigned) after talking with Ashley and realizing just how lacking the previous realtor was as evidenced by how “together” Ashley was. I will forever believe that we got EXACTLY what we asked for, not because of luck, or any other reason than because we had the best of the best working with us. I wish I could share Ashley’s phenomenal work with the whole world. Ashley is so socially astute that she is able to read people and situations with an unmatchable precision. This is so important in her trade. Her relationships not only with her buyers, but the realtors of the sellers, is such a huge key to her success. Ashley is a leader and she would be phenomenal at any thing she chooses to take on in her life. I have really hammered home Ashley’s charisma and how this contributes so greatly to her success. She was always accessible. She always made me feel like I and my needs were her top priority. She is so intelligent, she is able to break down concepts that are not intuitive to those outside of the real estate business in such a beautifully seamless way. She is patient and so so kind. We bought our dream house in the dead middle of a pandemic and didn’t pay a dime over asking/appraisal. It was the second house we ever bid on and we were only in the market for about 1-2 months!
