Kailey Stoupa1 StarI am someone who usually raves and only gives great reviews about places since I work in a retail with public people daily, however this company is not good. I want to warn anyone from renting from them. As for their property they rent, my now husband paid $1,525 for his security deposit. We detailed cleaned the property and left it better than he started renting it for. He left 1 day early from his lease and someone broke into their house (we think it was the property manager) because the neighbors always looked out for us and kept us in the loop whenever we traveled away. Never had a problem in the 2 years that he lived there. Well when we received our Security Deposit Return letter here was the amounts and the reasoning for the exact amount of his security deposit $1525. $100 for yard. $700 for front door replacement. $725 for painting. The house was not fully painted when he started living at this house, he kept up on the yard in good condition, and the front door was fixed when we visited without a new door. When the property manager came and did his final inspection with him it he had to fix the bushes in the front yard and he mentioned he would be fine and still charged us $100. He mentioned he always does painting for new tenants and he still charged us. Sorry, you guys should not charge for painting if you already do it, however you did not paint for him before he started living at the house. This is only a forewarning, when I left my house I rented I received my full security deposit back and did not have 1 problem. Left them with a rating of 5 stars. (Maybe y'all should not steal from your loyal tenants who always paid rent before rent was due fully!!)Friday 21st June 2019
Sandra Chaplain5 StarMy mother recently sold her home in Norfolk using Bayview Realty. We were lucky to have Glen Kovacs as our realtor. Glen was honest, caring and became our best friend throughout this process. Glen went above and beyond (which he never had to do) in helping us to get our house sold. We are grateful that he took the time and patience to address every detail in helping us with the sale! I had contacted other realtors but Glen was the only realtor who estimated a higher price for our home and had a positive attitude that he could get our price. He absolutely got us a good price! Thank you Glen and the other staff at Bayview Realty!!! I would recommend Glen to anyone looking for an honest hardworking realtor. He will have your best interest at hand!!!Tuesday 4th May 2021
chuanti quila1 StarVic was an awesome guy. Tom poyner became new management, this guy is a not to be trusted. I moved out of a house that I left in good condition. He charged me for damages already in unit before I moved in. For instance $290 for a dent in the refrigerator. He also put an eviction on my background when I never got evicted. I gave 60 days notice. He had new tenants move in 2 weeks after I left house. He tried to charge me for re- keying all locks. I professionally cleaned carpet, had a receipt. He charged me for that! $3000 dollars deposit I get $400. Oh I almost forgot. He wanted me to keep utilities on in my name after I moved out of the unit! This guy has Bad character and Bad business!

Lisa Jones5 StarI met Dawn West as a realtor 5 years ago. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We have remained friends and she still goes out of her way to help us with our property as we don't live there, including arranging repairs and meeting repair people. She goes above and beyond. That anyone would come here to speak ill of her in any way is proof enough that they have never actually met her. She is passionate in all she does and all she supports and is nothing but a wonderful person all around.Saturday 19th January 2019
Joseph Kruse4 StarSo far so good. The agent was always prompt and on time. Very friendly. Stephen is currently our point of contact and he has expedited every issue we have had and problem or question is always answered or solved in a very timely matter. We are just under a year in on our contract and look forward to another. I highly recommend them despite other reviews. Whatever issues they have had in the past have been rectified. Will adjust review as time goes on.Monday 2nd May 2016
