Earl Forrest was an absolute pleasure to work with. His industry knowledge and professionalism far surpasses any other realtor I've worked with. He is respectful, pleasant and kind, then timely, responsive, and savvy. Even with a few obstacles and unexpected turns, he remained optimistic and assisted me with the selling and purchase of my homes. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

Earl was a phenomenal real estate agent! Very attentive to my needs. Listened to what I was looking for and went the extra mile to help me find my forever home! I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to find a new home.

Brian Adams has been an amazing agent. We worked with him for 1.5 years while we sold our house, lived in a rental, and found a new house. He is tremendously patient, kind, caring, and supportive. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent!! Thank you for everything, Brian

Chad Ward has made my house buying experience easy and fun! He listened to my thoughts, considered my needs and put me in the best house! He wasted no time with updating me on listings and even FaceTimed walk throughs when I was unavailable in person. He took care of all the details and kept me updated. He was there for the inspection and communicated with me through out. He handled the follow up and negotiated every detail. Closing was a breeze and he continues to stay in touch, making sure all the details are being worked out to my satisfaction. He was, and still is, available all hours of the day and night for my questions and concerns. His knowledge of the area and resources has been off the chart. He has led me to insurance providers and contractors for improvements. He has been most professional, courterous, and supportive. I look forward to working with Chad for any future needs.

I can't say anything negative or positive about this company as a whole, I only experienced one person... Earl Forrest. He gets zero stars. He has no business working with large transactions between people. I began this whole process by giving him the respect he should have deserved, but problems happened from the beginning. I have no idea why he acted as he did toward me. As things got weirder, I politely questioned him, only to be dismissed, disrespected, and silenced. Earl lacks people and communication skills. He did not listen at all. He did not adequately keep me informed regarding important information. This all surprised me based on reviews I read before hiring him. Here are a few examples: He wrote my original listing incorrectly, stating it had more bedrooms than it had, that it had a fireplace, but didn't say it is only decorative, and stating we have a sunroom - a converted garage is not a sunroom. The only part of the listing he would fix for me was the number of bedrooms, leaving me to feel the listing was misleading. I put my home on the market at the end of October 2022. Real estate rates were higher and sales much slower than they had been in the summer. Economist were talking recession. Earl insisted my home would definitely sell within one week. I knew better. A realtor should never say such a thing. Earl originally listed the house too high, evidenced by the comparisons he showed me. I told him as much, but he didn't agree. We ended up reducing the price within no time, and more than once, which doesn't look good on a listing. Earl didn't care. Earl ad me include the term "as is" in my listing. When when it came to the sale, "as is" meant nothing. When I inquired, Earl wouldn't explain to me why, he simply talked down to me, every time. I have bought and sold a few houses in my life, and reminded him each time he got his condescending attitude, but he kept talking to me like this was my first experience and was clueless. His colleague told me the reason "as is" meant nothing had to do the with type of loan for which the buyer had been approved. The colleague informed me Earl should have told me rather than me having to inquire. Earl knew my moving circumstance prevented me from being able to do any repairs. He told me the "as is" clause covered that. I ended up having to do what would normally be considered unnecessary repairs. Earl never even consulted me regarding closing time and walk-through times. He scheduled them for times that didn't work for me, gave me less than 24 hours notice, and didn't care that my existing schedule conflicted with not enough notice to re-arrange my calendar. Worse, I let Earl know I was in the ER on the morning of the final closing. He didn't bother to let the closing attorneys or anyone know. I contacted the notary myself and she came to me. But Earl told no one. This obviously caused problems. The closing attorney's paralegal handling my sale was very understanding. She also informed me she found out I was in the ER from the notary and the buyers, not from Earl. Throughout the process Earl lied, not only to me. When asked about this he lied to cover his lies, even when his exact words were repeated back to him. For example, Earl falsely blamed the real estate paralegal of being the one to schedule the walk-through at a bad time with no advance notice. She informed me that was untrue, the walk-through has nothing to do with her, which I knew. Earl's colleagues informed me that contrary to what he insisted, clients are not treated as he treated me, and real estate transactions are not conducted the way he chose to conduct mine. I did speak with his "supervisor" (not the right term) and she said it sounded like he "needed to go through refresher training on how to deal with his clients". She said she would call me back within 48 hours. She didn't. I compare my whole experience with Earl to a bad trip trough fast food drive-through, where the tired worker got the order wrong and didn't want to fix it. If you choose Bell Tower, don't choose Earl!
