We had 3 experiences with these agents. The first we was moving from LA to Florida. We asked the agents to find us a property. We found we was searching for a home more than the agents. The second was, we wanted to sell our house. We had a price we wanted to sell for. We were told several times we was to high. We then talked to a few people in our community and found a buyer at full price. We completed the deal and then the agents got involved. This caused more trouble between the buyer and us. We were told not to speak to each other, which we already agreed on the home purchase. The third time we dealt with this company was we purchased a new construction. We was told that we did not need a agent since the builder had an agent. We was told buy the CanZell agents we needed representation with a builder in Florida. The build was 2/3 complete. The CanZell agent said he would call and find out where the build was and a completion date. He tried once to call and said he left a message. The agent said he tried several time to call. We found out that no calls were made. To make a long story short we did not have a contract with the CanZell agents however their name got on the contract. They ended up getting a very nice $11,000 + commission check and did absolutely nothing for us. When you are elderly and relocating to Florida be very selective on the agents and be sure you under stand what your contract states. Finally never let the agents represent buyer and seller.

I called and asked to speak to an agent that had a property listed for sale. I wanted to ask a question prior to placing an offer with my agent. My agent had been trying to get in touch with the selling agent but no luck. I decided to try before I missed out on putting in an offer. I gave them the agent's information and property information. Never got the agent to call me but man I got blown up with calls from other agents, 46 in two days. Then the texts started. I am still getting harassed by these people after telling them multiple times I had a realtor. I will never ever buy with these people, after this experience,I probably won't even buy something they have listed. I am an investor that buys multiple houses a year and I have NEVER experienced anything like this.

As a first time homebuyer I can definitely say the experience at times was overwhelming, but I am so grateful to have had Mr. Hosea Hardin as my Realtor. Terrible customer service. I submitted a request to be contacted online in order to sell my home. I got a phone call from an administrative assistant whom said an agent would call back shortly. Three days passed and no call came. I called the number on the site to speak with someone and they apologized for the delay and promised someone would call. Two weeks later I have still not received a call. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I had always heard good things about this company, mostly when it was Chantel Ray by herself but now I have had to go with another company for this one’s lack of response. Additionally they offer a chat service on the site and clearly can’t support it as I was waiting 20 mins to speak to an agent and never got a response. Just overall not happy with what I got for what they advertise. * In response to your response: I didn’t contact you in 2021, this was only two weeks ago, that would be June 2022 and yes you did have a number for me because your receptionist called me on it to tell me an agent would contact me. At least be honest and own up to your mistake instead of trying to deflect and try to make it the customers fault! That is terrible business!
