Loved this agency. Patricia at the front desk was always polite and welcoming .Angelena was an absolute Godsend during this time! I started out looking for homes to rent for my family and just mentioned that I’d rather buy so I could make my own remodeling changes and not have to keep moving. She jumped right in and never stopped pushing for me, ensuring I was able to close on time despite the odds being against us! She worked tirelessly and was always prompt and efficient with her responses and finding my first , affordable home! I can’t thank you enough😊. Highly recommend this office for buying homes!

This review is for Sarah Harvey (21 Century Nachman Realtor) Overall, I would like to state that Sarah Harvey is a well experienced realtor with a genuine desire to meet her client’s needs. When starting the process of looking into buying our first home, we received Sarah as our realtor through a realty program through our bank. During our contact with Sarah, it was apparent that she was passionate about her career and was pleased to be our realtor. Right away she offered us listings that truly fit our expectations and budget in our desired locations. When visiting selected homes, Sarah projected an honestly with the homes and it was refreshing! You can tell that Sarah is not just in this field for a quick sale as she is 100% committed to her clients (even after closing). Sarah answered all of our questions and explained the process thoroughly and was here for us every step of the way. She was flexible to our schedule and made us feel like a priority. It also goes without mentioning that Sarah has a fantastic personality, she’s humorous, kind and has great honesty. Having Sarah as your realtor is a blessing and we are happy to refer her to anyone!!

Never rent a home with them as the management company! Toilets got backed up and they took 2 days to send anyone?!?!? Office will give you run around! Not to mention they want me to pay $250 for the Plummer? Stating cause for the back up was paper towels??? If that was the case wouldnt it have been backed up like 7 months ago? And strange how both toilets get clogged within days of each other. Not to mention no clean up was done afterwords. All left to the tenant. Make sure you take pictures and document everything with these crooks! Never again.

When we found our perfect home Maryzel immediately showed us the home and got contract started. You can tell that Maryzel is not just a realtor for a quick sale as she is 100% committed to her clients (even after closing). Maryzel answered all of our questions and explained the process thoroughly and was here for us every step of the way. She was flexible to our schedule and made us feel like a priority. During our contract we ran into some bumps in the road with the bank, the seller and his realtor. However, Maryzel stayed on top of all of them for us. She got us the most for our money. She stayed onto of the seller and his realtor to get things done on time. Even though we didn’t close on our original closing date; due to the sellers in. Maryzel made sure we closed in time, so we wouldn’t have to look for a place to stay while waiting to close on our dream home. Maryzel has a fantastic personality, kind and has great honesty. Having Maryzel as your realtor is a blessing and we are happy to refer her to anyone!! Maryzel took all the headaches she could from us. I hated that she had to deal with a lot of the things that happen during our contract. However, Maryzel was professional, compassionate and honest the whole way. We our going to miss working with her. But I know she is just as happy as we our that everything is done and over. If we ever need a realtor again we are defiantly going to use her again! Thank you so much Maryzel for all the hard work you did for us! We just can’t thank you enough for making our dreams come true! You truly our heaven sent!

This is the worst real estate office, they cheat on you to get your money. My house bathroom been break down for months and they still did not send someone down to fix it. They even blocked my phone number, so I cannot call them if there is anything happen. DO NOT RENT OR BUY REAL ESTATE FROM THIS OFFICE. Especially from agent Wendy Jando, she did not take good care of her customers, and is extremely rude! I would give 0 star if I could !!
