Cheryl did a fantastic job selling my home. When we interviewed her we were impressed by her commitment to doing the best job. She promised to be at inspections and she was there. She promised to work hard in negotiating the best sale for us and she did it. Over time she fulfilled all our expectations and then some! She did not over promise and under deliver. In fact, it was the other way around. Once we moved out and before the final walk through, she was able to get the rest of the detail work that needed to be done. What I was looking for more than anything was a Realtor who was knowledgeable and very responsive in all aspects of buying a home. I was relocating with my family here from Rhode Island. I had vacationed here but never for more than two weeks. So it was very important to have an agent who knew the region well. Cheryl did a remarkable job assisting us with finding the right home. We wanted a home on the water and a nice community. I feel we found that when we got our home. Not only did she find the perfect home, she assisted us throughout the entire process. We never worried about how things were going while we were back in Rhode Island. Once we got here for the walk through and closing, it was seamless. A TOP NOTCH CHOICE FOR US!!! Since we were living in another state I was very concerned how the sale of our home would go. We didn't have a Realtor in Virginia Beach so we turned to the Internet.
