Working with Chris and her husband, Bryan, to purchase my first home was an absolute pleasure. Buying a home can be tremendously stressful, especially when you live out of state and have to put a lot of faith in your agent. Chris is so professional and considerate throughout the process that it keeps you at ease. She is extremely friendly and approachable with all of your concerns. Chris was exceptionally responsive and rarely missed my calls. I didn't have to wait long for a callback if she missed one. Chris responded to emails and texts very quickly as well. She was always clear and concise when explaining what I needed to do at each step. Chris will always let you know her honest, professional opinion to ensure you are the most informed about your home purchase. Your home purchase will involve hurdles. Chris went the extra mile to navigate these hurdles for me. She was never shy to address problems on my behalf and ensured a favorable result. A significant issue arose just days before the closing date, which was not Chris's fault. Chris went into overdrive and got everyone on the same page to resolve it. I barely had to do anything. I am very particular about whom I recommend for services, and I rarely write reviews. I do not hesitate to say that working with Chris was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. The task would have been so much more difficult without Chris. She was answering questions before I asked them. She took the time to explain the fundamentals and stages necessary to prepare the house for sale. She checked in with me to make sure all was coming along and on schedule.
