I've been using Coastal Group to manage my property since 2016. They found excellent renters within the first two weeks of working with them. Those renters paid on time for 4 years before moving on this Summer. Coastal Group provided that information to me with ample lead time so I could plan around not having renters. As a precaution, I planned on at least three months without rental income in my personal budget in anticipation of the property being vacant. Turns out, they did it again! The property had renters lined up within the first week of being vacant. On top of this, they've provided me with regular updates regarding the status and condition of my property. They routinely contact me for any issues, and they have been absolutely great to work with. I've been OCONUS since 2016. Coastal Group has worked via email and around time zone differences with no issues. I can't recommend them enough.

We rented with Coastal Group for 4 years in a beautiful cottage style home in Ocean View area of Norfolk. We had another child last year and outgrew the property...unfortunately they had no other available properties to meet our needs so we had to find another rental company. I was so upset to have to leave Coastal Group, anytime we had issues Ben and the team were very prompt fixing them. Glenn, Alex and Macon were also great to work with. Our daughter is hearing impaired and they had the fire alarms installed for her when we first moved in. I have rented with quite a few companies and they are by far the best in the area.
