Sarah and her team are amazing people! I’ve worked firsthand with all of them and I knew that when it was time to sell my home I had to go with them. Not only did she help me during the renovation phase but answered all my questions no matter what time of day it was or what day of the week. All said and done my house was sold within the first week on the market!!! I even recommended her to a friend and she turned around and sold his house even faster!!! You can’t go wrong with Sarah and her team!!! Also be military can make the process very difficult but that was not the case! I seriously can not recommend them enough! If your near the Hampton roads area please go see costal reality for any real estate needs!!

My husband and I worked with Sarah Bigler and she landed us our dream house. Sarah hustled from day one. Constantly sending us houses that were within the parameter we were looking. After constant no’s she never backed down or made us feel like we were wasting her time. We never felt like a bother and in this crazy market that was so important. She saw countless houses with us all Over Virginia Beach and reassured us after a couple of missed offers the right house would come, and it did. She was exceptional. Dealt with some tough situations right at the end and got us the house we wanted! I really can’t say enough. But if you want someone who will work hard for you— call her right now!!!
