Cristen quickly assessed our home’s value vis-á-vis the existing market, Identified and highlighted key and unique features, provided detailed feedback for declutter and staging, and engaged the best residential and architectural photographer in the area for the marketing campaign which included aerial video footage. She is highly focused and efficient, yet personable - and she will go out of her way to accommodate your needs. Cristen communicates well and is ultra-responsive. It was due in no small part to Cristen’s sage counsel and marketing strategy that our house had a showing within 2 hours of the listing going live and was under contract the same day. Cristen is savvy beyond her years - she quickly assessed the offer submitted by the prospective buyers and advised us appropriately. I have worked with several other realtors and can tell you that Cristen raises the bar to what a realtor should be. She works really hard to make sure your home is sold really going the extra mile. She is responsive day and night and weekends to inquiries and updates. She never stops working to get your home sold.
