We used David to buy our house and he was great, so when it came to selling our house we knew we had to use him again. We had only had our house for 3 years before we had to move because of my husband's military job, so he understood we needed to sell the house quickly and that we hadn't had much  time to build equity. He set it at a price to make sure we wouldn't lose any money with the sale and was able to get a lot of traffic in the door. We had to move to the West Coast before the house was sold, but received an offer the same day we moved into our new house. David did everything for us with the sale, including setting up repairs, taking care of inspections, and making sure everything was ready to go since we couldn't be there in person. I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling your house. We had great experiences with him on both ends.

The experience we had buying our first house (with a different realtor) wasn't the most positive. We used David Tortolini to subsequently sell the first house and help us buy our current house and the experience was infinitely better. He was honest about expectations and what we would need to do before we could hit those expectations. He is a great communicator and always responded quickly to questions. I feel he would do anything within his reasonable power to make the process seamless. On top of all that, he's a perfect balance of personal and professional. Overall, it was a great experience and I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

David is amazing, I almost want to buy another house just because he was that great. He is very knowledgeable and very available. He always responded quickly and was available any time of day that we needed him. He definitely went above and beyond to get answers for us. He knows all of the little  things that a buyer would never think of when looking for a home, even down to negotiating to keep the blinds in the home (which is great because you don't want to worry about things like that when moving in) He is very honest, he was honest about neighborhoods, areas of town, things like that. I feel he genuinely wanted to make sure that we ended up in a home that we loved and in a great neighborhood. He is very personable, and actually pretty funny, which made the home buying process easier. I would recommend him to anyone and am so happy that we were lucky enough to have him!

David is an outstanding agent! Prior to hiring him, our home was listed with another agent for four months. During that time, we had very little interest. That agent told us our house would just not sell unless we added a second bathroom or drastically dropped the price. When David came on board, he suggested a few cosmetic changes to make the house more marketable, and those changes paid off! We had a full price offer in 38 days!! David was so helpful during the closing process and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. I highly recommend him, and there is no doubt we will be calling him again when we're ready to buy our next home
