We've had Debbie as our realtor twice over the years, once when we bought our home and then again when we sold it. She was fantastic both times. After our experience with her purchasing our first home, we knew we would only use her when we sold it. Back before the craziness of this market, she was able to convince the other realtor and seller to let us see the home before the scheduled open house. That was after she had taken us out to see 3 other homes that same day and I happened to see it pop up on her home search page. She wrote our offer the same night and we were able to get the home without anyone else even seeing it! When we went to sell due to a new job and relocation, we immediately thought of Debbie. We knew our house would sell quickly in this market, but still wanted a pro to make sure we got the best offer and that would make the process would be effortless. We held an open house over a weekend and received 11 offers and got significantly more than asking. Debbie takes the stress out of buying and selling. She is responsive, patient, and very knowledgeable about real estate and the areA. I don't know how she does it, but she's truly a super woman realtor! Thank you, Debbie. Debbie was my first realtor and she was everything I could’ve wanted in a good realtor. She never tried to take advantage of me and went the extra mile to help me finding a home. I wasn’t in the area and she would go to houses I was interested in and take videos so I had a better idea of what the house looked like and she knows the area extremely well and uses her knowledge to set you up in the best neighborhood. She’s an amazing person, is truly there for you, and I would recommend her to anyone.
