Doug provided us with top notch advice and service in helping us sell our home. We saved a TON of money by using Doug and paying a flat rate. Other realtors will charge you a 3% commission for doing the same job. Don’t let the flat rate fool you into thinking you are missing out on something because you definitely are not! Did you know that as a seller you can decide to offer the buyers agent less than the typical 3% commission? I had no idea until Doug educated us. I have been telling everyone I know about Doug and how they can save money when they go to buy or sell a home.

Doug Wolfe was a complete professional handling the recent sale of our home. By using Doug and Redefy Realty, we saved over $15,000!! That was money that we were able to use in buying our new home!
