James Marchigiani1 StarDonna Alexander represented the seller in our purchase of a home in East Beach in April. She was very unprofessional and lied about the condition of the pool. Donna has been avoiding our realtor and refuses to rectify the situation. I have had to contact the closing attorney and will be filing a lawsuit against her and East Beach Realty. Again, this realty company is unprofessional and not trustworthy.Sunday 8th May 2022

She effectively facilitated repairs to our vacant home while we lived out of the area and was fantastic at identifying competent and skilled individuals or companies to address the various issues. Mary Ann saved us time and money and made sure to anticipate and address every little thing for us to get our home ready to list. In the midst of a pandemic she did a fantastic job of listing and marketing our home and her team worked hard to revive a deal that otherwise might have cost us months.
