There is not enough accolades for Emily and her team. Her tenacious approach, constant availability, network connections, knowledge of real estate protocol, and a personal standard to never settle for less than the best for her client made what is a high stress evolution and made it comfortable and manageable. We had to make a lender change mid-contract, work through some difficulty with ensuring that the agreement was honored by the sellers, and other various curve balls that come with purchasing a home which kept stress levels high. Emily was there every step of the way with another resource, option, or just an ear to vent to. You will not find a better advocate for your family and your investment. She quickly scheduled an appointment and provided my family a quick report of her analysis. We hired her for the sale of the house. When we had minor hiccups she would think through solutions before calling us so that she could give us the suggested solutions at the same time as the information. I had a job change over the summer and had to move during a time of low residential inventory. I was able to find a place in Florida, but had to unload my house in Virginia fast. Emily Krikorian was just the agent I needed to make that transition efficiently. We quickly agreed on an asking price, and she got a buyer in there the first day it was listed. Within a couple of days we had a contract, and were able to close within a month. It was a seller’s market; I did well. Most importantly, I had a lot of other things going on at the time, and Emily enabled us to complete all the tasks from preparation to list through closing with minimal distraction. I have bought and sold several properties now, and have never met another realtor who I think could have navigated that timeline so gracefully.
