Erin made our first time home buying experience such a breeze! Throughout the entire process she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really listened to us and made sure that we found the perfect home! I know that the home buying process can be extremely stressful, especially in this market, but Erin eliminated so much of that by always being available and doing so much on the back end. From the moment we started talking to Erin about selling our home, we received the most personal and dedicated service. Erin took the time to look at our home and give us recommendations for things to do in order to prepare for the sale. She was in constant contact as we prepared the home, sending us routine updates on how the market was moving in our area and an idea of what we could expect. We purchased a home in the Summer of 2020 and after a recommendation from my sister we decided to use Erin O'Brien as our realtor. We were out of state the entire time which made it challenging but Erin was flexible and made virtual tours for us with local family an option. During the whole process you would have thought that we were her only client by the amount of attention we received.
