DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the absolute worst places to do business with. Not only did they continuously try to charge us rent that was higher than the leased amount, they are rude, unprofessional, and can’t answer maintenance requests in a timely manner. Our refrigerator broke and would no longer keep things cool. Our stove only had one working burner. The apartment had cockroaches everywhere. The carpets were disgusting. We moved out because we bought a home of our own, and now they’re trying to charge us an extra $300 on top of our security deposit for “damages caused by us disconnecting the utilities” when we moved out. Along with trying to charge us a late fee when we paid our final month on time. It has been three months since we moved out and we were told we would have our security deposit back within 45 days. Petra specifically is rude as hell, in person and over the phone. For the prices they want to charge for rent, and the lack of responsiveness or urgency, you can get a better landlord or property manager elsewhere. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Petra and Troy are horrible. Long story short I moved due to poor response to maintenance issues and Troy being inconsiderate. I lost a job due to them not communicating properly. I had rodent and plumbing issues that never got addressed. They kept my security deposit because I refused to stay in those conditions. Do not rent from them. Im sure the owners of the property have no idea of the lack of professionalism they have. . Eventually they're gonna cost the owners a lot of money. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The worst place ever! *They wanted me to pay LATE PAYMENT FEES every month even though I payed on time always (I have my receipts as a proof). *They didn’t fix the stove at the apartment so we have to live there for almost 4 months without stove because they were always giving excuses. *The A/C broke down, so we fixed it because it happed during summer, so it was really hot. We call them to fix it, they sent a TECHNICIAN which charges us $250 so we paid cash. A few weeks later Petra called me to pay the A/C repairs, I told her that we've already paid so we had to send her a copy of the receipt as a proof that we paid. (She was really trying to get that money because when she saw the receipt from the A/C that we paid, she was like: Oh! Actually this bill is for a late payment of a rent. I fight her and showed her my APPFOLIO with the receipts of my on time monthly payments and she say: Well, let me call you back when I figure this out. {She never called}. *We were really trying to leave this place so bad, but finding a house it was crazy last year. So when we finally got our house, me (as a self contractor) remodel the whole apartment. I did finish, paint and even though I replace the f*** disgusting carpet, so we left the place better than how we found it. So finally we left, and they were suppose to send us our DEPOSIT back, but after 3 months they didn’t do it. I called PETRA ZAYAKOSKI and she didn’t accept my call. I called their “Ofice” and this women tells me that I’m not receiving any deposit back because the apartment was found flood and mold, so I “Have” an amount due of $300. I just really hope them the best. They are mean and bad people. They don’t care about nobody but money. Don’t come to this place, keep yourself safe and peaceful.

These people are the worst to deal with.. they do not fulfill maintenance request with any sense of urgency basic home necessities not even fixed as needed and still ask for their rent. Horrible living conditions and yet have the audacity to be ignorant and disrespectful when you ask for basic home needs to be maintained for habitual living. The owner does not ever respond and Troy in the office is the worst employee lack of professionalism and so much more. My neighbor warned me about this house and these people and I should’ve moved immediately. By far the worst company to rent from. DO NOT RENT OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM unless you plan to lose money and sanity!
