Ford and Carolein were a great team to work with in selling our home. We live in SC and they worked with us to prep the house for sale, list it (full asking price within 72 hours - higher than comps), and completed admin work that resulted in closing within 3 weeks from listing. Ford listened to our conditions, agreed to and implemented them while providing us options and offered advice which resulted in a fast, efficient and gratifying sale of our previous home. And, all of this several states apart, both myself and my husband had Covid, my husband had 2 non-Covid multiple day hospitalizations, and other health and stressful events during the entire process.
