We have rented a house from this company for two years now. We recently had an HVAC issue. Maintenance was sent out the next day and consistently, without issue, until the unit was fixed. We've had one inspection and they were very flexible when scheduling it. A lot of these negative reviews are based on things that are clearly stated in the lease. Read your lease before signing it. If you keep up with the routine maintenance and conditions of the lease, they're a really reasonable company.

This place cares about getting all the money they can and nothing else. They will let properties go with no heat, no AC, non functioning appliances...God knows what else. Avoid em. Edit: I see the typical BS reply was posted.....rather hastily I might add. You know if you acted on the needs of your tenants with half as much speed, you wouldn't have to attempt to defend your atrocious practices or your 3 star rating.

We have rented two properties through this company and David has always contacted us with any repair request that need to be done. We always authorize the work to be done quickly so the tenants are comfortable. We have used them for over 13 years and highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent property!

AVOID AT ALL COST . The company owners and staff have to be the most unprofessional rudest people we have ever spoken to . If you have listing with this company I would highly suggest finding another listing agent . They cuss yell and harass potential clients and Agents looking for listing information . They will be reported to the BBB along with the real estate board . They do not beed to be working with the public . Since there is no way to respond to the owners response I will edit . The aggressive cussing nature came from not only you but the agent listed on the property at #3 Taft rd . Inquiring about the property due to the mls and gps not showing the correct location along with no signage and a EXTREMELY rude agent answering calls for the property. But after reading your other responses to your customers , I have no doubt this is how you handle business on a regular basis.

They tried to illegally evict me but it didn't work lol jokes on them🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣also the property manager Dave is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He yelled at me when I stopped by to ask about my lease. The unit I am in is infested with roaches and they have yet to send anyone to exterminate and it has been months since I notified them. Don't waste your money on these people!!!!!
