Mr. Greg Covington provided us with excellent service. He first assisted my wife and I on purchasing a new home 7 years ago and he became our property manager for our rental property too. He provided us with excellent service and additionally provided us with great renters to take care of our property. Becoming a new landlord, he made my job stress - free. He provided us with contractors, quotes and suggestions to make sure that our experience on being a landlord was amazing. Greg Covington took care of our property until we decided to sell. As we put our rental on the market, he ended up finding us a buyer within a week which is awesome! I don't mind doing more business with him in the future.

Mr. Covington has been my property manager for 5+ years. I recently had a bad tenant and decided to just sell the property. This was my first time selling a home and he answered all of my questions and eased my concerns. I appreciated his thoroughness with completing repairs especially with me living in another city and being 9 months pregnant. Mr. Covington went ABOVE and beyond to make sure that my townhouse was ready for the sales market. The property showed so well that I received 3/4 offers in 2 days and made a profit as well!!
