There are too many negatives to write about this particular office and Howard Hanna in general. I will just say this; Hampton Roads is full (I mean thousands) of honest, kind, considerate, beneficent, decent, ethical, warm, compassionate, etc. realtors. I urge anyone to choose wisely and chose somewhere else instead.
