Yalonda Whitfield is the BEST! She is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. When our son's housing situation for college fell through, I contacted Howard Hanna and met Yalonda. She stayed with us viewing rental properties until almost 10:00pm on the first day. We continued our search for 2 more days and luckily one of the properties we initially wanted became available. Yalonda knew we wanted it and continued to check on it until the tenants signed the lease. Something happened, they pulled out and the rental was ours. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Horrible landlord! Our agent, Harmony, ghosted us the minute she got the money and signed lease. No response to emails nor text. paying over $2k a month and have to deal with broken facet handles, degrading porch, storm damage to screen door, non-drying dryer, janky freezer, nasty carpet, etc! Maintenance requests aren’t getting completed…still waiting after 60days and nothing has been fixed. Charged a $100 late fee on rent even though our rent is on autopay through their portal! We regret renewing our lease and will not rent from them ever again.

Not open on weekends to show homes. I’d be highly disappointed if I was an owner relying on this company to rent my home out for me but they don’t show home on weekends when people are off and available.
