My fiancé and I have been renting from Gene at IBX Reality for some time now and have had no complaints at all! We rented a newly remodeled home which, due to the recent remodel, here and there we found things that needed a little attention as the months went on. Gene listened to our concerns, addressed them quickly and brought out crews to fix issues immediately. He has even come out here himself numerous times to speak with us, as well as, the crews to address plans and solutions to any problems we have or may potentially have. At first we were renting temporarily until we found something a little bigger but after having the pleasure of working with Gene and IBX reality, we will definitely be staying long term!

Do not rent from these people. If you question anything they will argue and block you. They did not return my full deposit. After I did a full walk through with Gene, who said I was good. They still have yet to tell me why they took $250 from my deposit. A deposit that was returned after 30 days and I was in contact with gene before the end of the month, who said I could come get the deposit. Steven won’t even listen. That boy rides a very high horse. We went through the whole winter without heat downstairs. They wanted a $1500 deposit for propane and we rent month to month. One of the last times I did yard work a man approached asking to hook up natural gas, which was never an option giving to us. They removed carpets but did not remove the trim which was real nice to step on. We asked if the carpet on the steps could be removed because it was barely hanging on and we heard nothing. The owner came over twice which is a breach of their contract. Trust when I say these boys are cowboys who think they are the smartest people in the room.

Never had a problem until Gene showed up. Never fixed anything after putting in plenty of request had a leak in the roof the whole time I was at the property and the people that was supposed to do It said that Gene didn't want to pay them to do it. Claimed that they lost our deposit. And gave us the number to the people that was suppose to have it instead of doing his job and getting it back. Also heard they was under investigation. Don't waste your time with them.

Gene and Stephen have been great to work with over my time renting with them! Gene is always just a phone call away if I need anything and he and Stephen willgo out of there way to help whenever they can. I cannot recommend IBX reality enough! I will be renting with them until the day i buy a house!

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Steve and Gene in various community and business groups. Not only are they professional and very approachable businessmen - they are amazing humans. Many times over the past few years, I got to work alongside them for community service events. Their dedication to their business and to their community is unparalleled! Highly recommend this team!
