The owner and Broker, USN veteran Christian Phillips is fantastic! He is very straightforward and dedicated to help you find the right home. He was our realtor when we bought our first home in Virginia Beach in 2013 and assisted Jennifer Berg in the purchase of our current home in Norfolk in 2019. Jennifer has been a very attentive and prompt property manager who clearly and efficiently communicates with us on the property we bought in 2013 now as a rental going on its 3rd year rented with ZERO vacancy. Having the home rented with Inlet has allowed for us to expand our family and afford daycare! While we've had to do some repairs in the last 3 years, Jennifer has always ensured they are completed in a timely and affordable manner. We’ve been living in an Inlet property for almost a year now. Our property manager, Cece, goes above and beyond. Anytime there is an issue she handles it immediately. I had the pleasure to meet the owner, Christian, and he has to be one of the most caring, nicest guys I’ve ever met.

Trying to get Property Management information, fees and charges - unfortunately the Owner Christian is NOT responding promptly, NOT answering our questions, looks like charges are based on what the property address is . Strange. Absolutely unresponsive . This makes us wonder if they don't care to get our business now - how Inlet will respond to tenants/owners if we start Property Management with them. Needless to say if we decide to sell, instead to rent... - it will NOT be with this agency either. Not a good way to do Business.

The properties we saw were very nice and spacious. But I definitely felt like a number when it came to the application process. Nobody really got back to us unless I reached out first. And even then it took forever. We found a nice condo in VA Beach through another realtor that we really like. And we plan on buying next year. But from my experience with inlet realty, it won't be through them. If I could give a specific critique it would be answer your phone and communicate. Other than that, nice properties

Wondering why the good reviews when this company doesn’t answer phones. Tried calling personal realtor on sign outside of property for 2 days…no answer, tried calling the realty itself….no answer. No business I guess
