They became the property managers of this property, found great tenants and then in 2013 sold the home for a good price. We had such a great experience with Jackie and her team. They managed our condo rent for over 3 years, then helped us sell it. Since we don't live in VA anymore, it was crucial to have such a professional company looking at every detail for us. They were on top of everything, always fast, responsive, and practical. If you don't have time to manage your rental property or deal with all the selling process, I recommend them 100%. You can trust them.

We first used Jackie 22yrs ago when the Navy moved us to the Hampton Roads area. 8months pregnant with limited time to look at houses, Jackie cleared a full weekend with tons of houses to show us. When we decided on one she walked us through the entire process as it was our first time buying. She was very accommodating and helpful in everything we needed. Now as we have 3 grown kids we decided to look for a new home with more space now that we could easily afford more. Jackie was our first call! She helped us find just what we were looking for and now that we have our dream home she is our source for all repairs or upgrades we are looking for. She will be our realtor to sell our old house and our realtor for as long as she is in the business! I can not say enough great things about her.

Regarding the sale of our condo, my wife and I could not be happier and more pleased with the service provided by Jackie and Steve Dunbar. From start to finish we knew we were in the most capable, caring, and expert hands in the business. Jackie guided, advised, and walked us through the entire process, and we sold in, what I would consider record time. Our condo sold in 6 days, and that is during a PANDEMIC! Who does that?
