He called one afternoon amd said I thunk I found a house that would be perfect for what you guys are wanting. So we went and looked at the house and liked everything we saw. We made an offer that night and it was accepted. He kept us up to date on every process that was going on. We were fortunate enough to be able to close within one month of putting the offer in.
