Absolutely stellar experience, from initial contact to closing (and beyond). We needed to move to Norfolk for a job, in the middle of a ridiculously overheated housing market. The first realtor we contacted was so pessimistic about our chances we dropped her and asked our previous Long & Foster realtor for a recommendation in the area --.she found Jennie and Jeremy and we never looked back. After some initial conversation about our needs and wishlist we immediately started getting listings from Jeremy, and they were right on target. We planned a weekend trip to the area to find a house or die trying. We had a brief meeting with Jeremy and Jennie on a Thursday to talk strategy, then started bright and early the next day and saw 14 houses -- in the morning with Jeremy then in the afternoon with Jennie. Again they listened to what we thought and gave good advice on neighborhoods, asking prices, etc. They were both so professional and customer-oriented and a pleasure to work with. Saturday morning we met at their office in VA Beach to write an offer, and had it accepted by 3pm Sunday. Unbelievable. From there they helped make sure the rest of the steps went smoothly, from financing and insurance to walk through and closing, and even a few fixes the builder needed to make after closing. 100 out of 100 stars, would recommend and work with again. Since I live out of town, Jennie Burge was my only contact when selling my home. Several times, she worked over and above her role, and took a personal interest in our home; for example, securing lawn care, securing a contractor and painters, and securing an arborist when we questioned the health of a tree. She was always professional, responsive and great with all communications whether it be email, phone, or FaceTime. I would recommend her services! Thank you Jennie!

Both Jennie and Jeremy made me feel extremely comfortable during my first home buying experience. I was nervous going into the process, especially in this market! With their fast, informative and reassuring responses the process went entirely opposite of how I was afraid it would go. I ask a ton of questions and each one was answered! I’m very pleased and happy with my home purchase and couldn’t have done it without them!
