Joe was an asset to me and my husband when we had to relocate out of state. He went the extra mile for us multiple times and was committed to finding us the perfect home. He accommodated to showing us every home I asked to see, which was a long list. When he really won us over happened when he conducted a FaceTime session on a house that came up for sale. We ended up purchasing sight unseen. Through our process we had some challenges, but he kept positive and calm through the entire experience. Also, he was very knowledgeable of the area and the current housing market. He provided detailed information whenever we had a question, no matter how obscure or complicated the question. He worked with our schedule and was patient with us. I was eight months pregnant at the time so I was feeling anxious but Joe helped walk us through everything to finish. Joe was so helpful he tried to help me find information about a house with no benefit to him. I was so impressed with him he was our realtor the next day. Joseph, originally from Texas, first moved to Virginia Beach in 2014. While working together, he met his wife Anna who is originally from Portsmouth, VA. After falling in love, they decided to move to Virginia Beach. He found his second love with Virginia Beach which they now call home. From great lifestyles to amazing communities, Joseph immediately fell in love with Virginia Beach after moving with Anna. Fabulous experience with Joe Trahan!! Joe is professional, kind, energetic, and connected to the best and brightest in Tidewater. At each stage of the purchase he was able to connect me with highly-qualified professionals for inspection, appraisal, financing, law, etc. Joe is able to slow down at all the points that matter and help educate clients in the messy process of real estate and at the same time, the man is able to "bring the fire" needed to close a deal where it matters most. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the house (and deal!) Joe helped us land, and I can't wait until the next time I get to repeat the process with Joe. 10/10 would do again.
