Provided us with contractors who were able to do minor repairs to a 50 year old home before the home inspection at a reasonable cost. She informed us of offers that were made on the property while on vacation. The house sold in a week after it was put on the market. We only had about two months before we needed to leave our home at that time and would have had to move in with my parents but Karen was determined to help us get our own place. She would not settle for anything she wouldn’t put her own children in and wanted to make sure we were safe and happy. We have now been in our home for 2 years and completely love it.
