I cannot recommend Kathryn Sharpe enough. She and her husband make a great team. Our buying experience with her was professional, incredibly efficient and organized. Kathryn is extremely experienced and quick! She came back with information within minutes for us every time we contacted her, to include a year after settlement when my insurance company requested information. I have since contacted Kathryn to ask questions about our neighborhood and for help with handyman services and once again she came through immediately with all the information I needed. Kathryn is wonderful! She spent so much time helping us find an amazing home, providing incredible advice and a listening ear. She has stayed in contact over the years, even remembering my birthday! I can't say enough good things about her! When it came time to sell our home for an upcoming move, we knew Kathryn would do the best job and sure enough, our house sold quickly and stress free!
