Katie goes above and beyond every time. She ensured I received the highest and best offer for my home when I sold, then got my dad the home he dreamed of for LESS THEN LIST PRICE - With Seller paying some closing costs for him- incredibly done in this market right now.
She always answered the phone, never missed a call or text and when a house dropped on the market that we wanted to see, she was there with us on that same day.
