Katie Sylstra was born and raised in Poquoson, Virginia with her brother, Will, and two parents who both worked as REALTORS®. A 2003 graduate of Virginia Tech completing a major in Property Real Estate Management, Katie began her career in Northern Virginia managing condominium associations and apartment communities. My wife and I were in the market for a new house but were in no real rush. We met Katie at an open house and got to talking with her about our timeline and what we wanted. Katie is the best. She does it all. She's knowledgeable about the home buying process and really provides the information you require to make an informed decision. She is really savvy. You will really learn a lot and appreciate it for life. Also she is always available, her day must have 48hours because i cannot believe how attentive and thorough she is.
