Towana Harris-Lawson5 StarOur agent Sierra Augustus was the Best. She was very professional & polite. She consulted with us to get a better understanding for what we were looking for. She stayed in constant contact with us & kept us informed about any new listings. She answered all of our questions, plus we were always able to get in touch with her. I would definitely recommend Sierra to family & friends. Also at our the closing the staff at Keller Williams were so friendly. She commented to me & my husband "that she was going to find us our house" & she definitely did !!!

Erik Korondy1 StarWhat a terrible experience! Kelly is not knowledge about the area nor real estate in general. When I initially spoke with her she sounded confident in being able to sell my home. Since this is an investment property I asked if she had some contractors she could recommend to get the home show ready. When I didn't receive a response I found my own. She waiting 2 weeks to send me a listing agreement and only then do I find out about a hidden fee that was never previously discussed. She put a lockbox and the property without my permission since she was too lazy to go to the property herself. When I decided to no longer work with her she made it difficult to get the key back.Thursday 9th May 2019
Kelli Brown1 StarI went to look at an open house today listed by James Newkirk. Super disappointed drove 45 minutes to view this house. Was turned away because I was not willing to leave a phone number. He stated that it was a requirement to view house. I know this to be a tactic to reach out to you further. Poor business practice. He stated that the owner requested the information. Which I am sure they only care about how many people attended the open house.Saturday 18th September 2021
Yawa1 StarAfter my sister spoke highly of the the realtor, Lakala Abrams, it was very disappointing to see that she writes loads of horrible things about her clients on her Facebook wall.To the extent of calling them names for simple honest mistakes.
These are people who are buying a home, as a realtor, your duty is to take them through the process and guide them without any judgement. Bu unfortunately that was not the case for my sister and her family.
My sister did buy the house, but was saddened by what she saw.
Very unprofessional of madam Lakala and will never recommend her to anyone ever again. Such a shame.Tuesday 10th July 2018
Jennifer Martin1 StarI contacted agent Momo Hlaing on Monday 7/24/17 about her property listing at 400 Advocate Ct in NN, VA. She never returned my call. I called the main office number on 7/25 & 7/26 and they said to leave her another message. I did. I called her again on 7/27 and she said to text her the information because she was driving and Wendy would call me back to schedule a showing in about 30 minutes. No call back. I called and left Momo another message that day. The next morning on 7/28 I called Momo and she answered and seemed surprised that I did not get a call from Wendy. Again she said I would get a call from her immediately. A few hours later I get auto called from someone named Chad. He asks if he can call I say yes, but he keeps texting me instead saying someone will get back to me. An hour later I call him and he puts me on hold to get Wendy but she is busy and will call me back in 10 minutes. Ten minutes turned into 2 hours later. She does a pre-screening and sets up a time of 12:30 on 7/29. At 11:48 I get a text from Wendy stating an application has already been accepted for the property and good luck with my home search. Mind you, I am in route (driving) to the showing so I call when I get there and she says I wasn't even sure that was your number I sent that to and I had an application in 4 days ago I have been working on. So I asked why she didn't disclose that and why didn't know it was my number when I gave it to her for my pre-screening. I heard crickets. Lastly, I asked is this how you normally handle business, she said well you were too late.
Needless to say this group of people must not want to rent or sell houses because they made ABSOLUTELY no effort to be professional or even considerate of someones time. God forbid if I was a renter and I needed to do a work order or had an emergency repair, It would never get fixed.Saturday 29th July 2017
