My wife and I would not be in our wonderful house if it were not for the hard work and solid communication done by our realtor, Kimberly Denton. When the sellers' realtor was dropping the ball on their side, Kimberly was right there to make sure we didn't lose the deal. We are truly grateful that not only is Kimberly an amazing realtor, but she is also now an amazing friend. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Talk about a woman that LOVES to do her job!! Not only is she very professional, but she really listens to your needs and concerns. Long story short, my husband and I had to leave the house were renting sooner than expected and needed to find a home in a short amount of time. Not only did Kimberly find us a home...but our DREAM HOME!! The house we purchased in the amount of time we had was perfect!! Every time I called her with questions she is quick to respond and very courteous. Real Estate agents like her are hard to come by!! Beyond impressed with her service!!

Kimberly is by far the best realtor in the business. She was beyond professional, creative, thoughtful, and her expert level of knowledge combines with her desire to find you the perfect home that is unmatched! I moved from CA and was doing most home tours via FaceTime while deployed (which is very difficult) and Kimberly made everything so easy and smooth. There was no doubt when it was time to sell; I called her again. I was yet again deployed and connecting over FaceTime. Kimberly quickly helped me get the house on the market, and was critical when the house needed some repairs. She did everything in her power to find me contractors, bids, and oversee the repairs. I couldn’t imagine finding a better, more committed realtor (friend) to help me buy and sell my home. I was sad to see the house go but happy to see all the money Kimberly helped me make when it was all done!!! Kimberly I can’t thank you enough for all you have done. Hands down best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She helped me find my house for my big dogs in a beautiful neighborhood in less than a week. She then years later helped me sell the same house while I lived out of state, handling everything in person for me. Decide you would rather rent? You're in luck because her husband can find you a rental! Kimberly and her husband are genuinely good people, and that's hard to come by these days.
