My husband and I decided to buy a townhouse in Virginia Beach as a vacation home and to be near our daughter and her family. We were very impressed with his professionalism and hard work. Les Frankel is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and mortgage industry. He always goes the extra mile for every single one of his clients. I was a first-time home buyer at the Oceanfront in Virginia Beach, VA and had no clue about what to expect during the home buying process. He put my worries at ease. He's patient, honest, and provides various options to help you make wise decisions. He was quick to respond to every call, text, and email. Firstly let me start with saying Les is a fantastic professional to have worked with. I was deployed when we met through a mutal friend who highly recommend Les from the start. A few emails later and i was confident our (my family) interests were going to be priority over a sale. We starter off unsure of an existing home, a new home or land and build but Les sure covered every aspect of each path if we chose it, as best he could he managed to inform us constantly. Secondly, there was no hype, just down to the facts and honest opinions. Beings we previously lived in the area 8 years ago we had an idea of what area we wanted to focus and Les sure did everything to put us on the homes that we were interested in, the price we wanted to stay under and yea no "oh well, either you get this or that but not both" Les searched and only included homes that my wife and I wanted to see. That seriosuly helped a lot. No nonsense just what WE wanted to see. We werent pressured into even looking at a home he was available anytime to communicate about homes throughout our choosing process. Now the nitty gritty, again, im deployed my wife's stateside in a completely different state....how did this work out? Honestly we had a lot of blind faith in Les. We chose a few homes and he did virtual walk throughs, sent pictures of the property and even phone calls. Cant make this up. We had an outstanding RE agent people, if you could imagine the process not in person, it was a tough one but in the end a great one. Lastly now that ive hyped up the guy, here is the final note from us. Les was genuinely focused on what we wanted at the price we wanted. Sure we changed our minds a few times but in turn it was due to the dedication he had to keep us fully informed and understanding of certain homes and the issues they had. (Rememeber those walkthroughs virtually) in the end We chose a new home, had a lot of acreage and was still being built. Les said alright i will check it out...sure as anything he talked with the builder their listing agent and not only got us this house at the price we wanted but they even through in a few thousand for "appliances" that originally would have only come if we financed through them, all because Les felt like asking. He didnt have to. Solid move if you ask me! So there you go! Les was amazing from the start, wasn't pressuring, wasnt selfish or arrogant, he was professional and genuine and forward thinking the whole time. Our process was roughly 3 months working with Les from the time we talked to closing. I hope this helps any and all prospective buyers out there. You will not be let down. Thanks Les for the honest work!

He is a definite 5 Stars! I went too him when I only had 3 three weeks to find a house. He went above and beyond in every aspect of being a agent. If you are looking for someone that will always answer your calls he is the one. This was my first house and he helped me feel comfortable and taught me a lot along the way. All in all I would recommend him to everyone.
