Had a great experience with Mulder Realty and Jeff. Very professional and would have loved to have worked with them longer but ended up moving earlier than planned. Can guarantee they have the best interest in mind for their clients & tenants.

Had me rent my house for what I'm finding is a ridiculously low amount. Kept my tenants security deposit, did not return it to me for incurred damages. Stop responding to phone calls and texts. Did not offer my house for sale to tenant when requested by both parties. They just did not operate at all in the landlord's best interest

Have used the services for years and we keep coming back to them somehow,rent is always affordable and does not Increase,this is one of the best realtor I and my husband has had in years, despite we have rented from others,we prefare to rent from them,their houses are always up to date and incredible prices and gorgeous, and rent remains the same each year.customer service is great,i have no complaints. we moved to a new place and currently renting from them,we were excited when we found out they manage the place and it's a beautiful place with surprising rent. Enjoy my kitchen with me...lol

When my husband and I move back to Virginia from Indiana we will try to re-rent from Mulder Realty if there are openings. Very pleased! My husband and I discovered mold all throughout the kitchen of the home we were paying $1450 a month for, caused by a mistake in manufacturing of the home. When we brought it up to Jeff, he sent his maintenance men over to just paint over the mold with "kilz". I told them that would not suffice and then I demanded a professional mold remediation company come in for an inspection or I would seek legal action to break our lease. Jeff immediately contacted just the right person for the job. I cannot say whether it was the actual home-owner or Mulder who fit the bill, but I can say that they coordinated a professional crew to come in and do almost a total kitchen renovation for us. I was overall very pleased with my experience with Mulder realty. At first I too, along with many other people, thought the front desk woman was rude until I invited her into my home to look at the mold. They saw how well we were keeping up the place and she just adored how I decorated the house. I then came to realize she probably deals with a lot of headaches from people working in rental homes, and that job requires her to just be a little extra spicy sometimes. (Let's face it, we all are guilty of being a little extra spicy at times) Jeff and the woman are very respectful individuals who deserve the same respect. They are very friendly too, whenever we would see Jeff in town driving his jeep he would always wave to us. I come from a VERY small town in Indiana so having someone finally wave at me while at a stoplight made my day a couple times and made the city feel a little more like home. After I finish school college and we move back to Virginia we will definitely be keeping and eye out to see if our home on Galahad is available to rent again from Mulder Realty. Jeff, if you are reading this I hope you both are staying safe and healthy!

Forgive me for the name title but I do not wish to say my name. But believe the review is sincere and my real experience with this company. First off, I will say the initial impression of Mulder was outstanding and I really felt this is a person I can trust and believe will take care of my home. Once I left the area, that quickly dissipated and the service was less than stellar. Trying to get in touch with them to take care of home needs was always an issues and the they never went to the home to check on the well being and condition. When we finally were able to see the home it was in total disarray. Needless to say I was in total shock and depressed that my home looked in horrible condition. It will take 1,000s of dollars to get back to a satisfactory condition and needless to say I would not refer this company to my worst enemy. I've given reviews on both good and bad service and this by far has been the worst service I have personally received. Please if you decide to go with this company really consider if you you want to leave your home to an organization that has left me in a bad situation and now has caused me extra money o get in back into he condition Ieft it. Their job was to take care of the property and ensure tenants took care of it and if they didn't alert me so I would have had the option of removing them. They didn't do that and it has cost me dearly. I cannot speak for everyone else dealings with this company but my personal experience has been downright awful and I just reflecting that through this post. Please consider your choices wisely and if my post helps in you and making the right decision then I feel I have provided a good service to potential people looking for property managers.
