Nancy went above and beyond finding us a home. We moved here from SC, we weren’t sure where we wanted to live and did not have a whole lot of time. Nancy searched and searched for houses for us. She drove hours to video tour them with us if we were out of state and got us everything we needed in a home! She answered all of my questions (even the crazy ones) in a timely manner and was extremely calming during this whole process. Thank you Nancy for finding us the perfect home in VA! Nancy Bui is the best realtor in Hampton Roads. I’ve brought 2 homes from her. One thing you can’t teach is genuine. You can be a great business person, but that & genuine are a powerful combination. Nancy has gone above and beyond my expectation of an agent. From start to finish, Nancy was there every step of the way. Explaining in details exactly what to expect and was with us through each steps from inspections to walk-thru and closing. She even helped us after the close with checking up on the property and even wento to our property late in the evening to help us close the door as our cleaner forgot to shut the door and we could not get a hold of the cleaner. Nancy is a true professional and have met every expections we had of an agent. Nancy have earned a client for life with us. We greatly appreciate all her help.
