Kim came highly recommended to us and rightfully so. She helped us to buy and then sell our home. She was so great to work with on both sides. When we were buying we gave her our list of criteria and came with our Zillow list and ended up not being crazy about any of the houses. I was moving long distance, so only had a few days to find something we were okay with. On day two she asked us to let her show us a couple houses that she thought we might like and the third one that we went to was love! She paid great attention to the details of what we were saying we liked and didn’t think was important and found our perfect house. When we needed to move long distance, we called Kim right away. She came to check out the house condition and gave us an estimated listing price and advice on how to make it look great in photos. Her photographer is amazing. My house sold on the second day. Kim is always great with communication and as soon as she had information I wanted/needed, she would let me know immediately. She is very patient and has taken many phone calls from me and has stood up for me so many times, both as a buyer and a seller. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor than her and am glad we chose her.
