Elen Hux, the women that runs the front office has been one of the most disrespectful and rude people I have come across in the 'professional world'. She has continuously spoken to me in a demeaning tone. She lacks respect, empathy and professionalism in all aspects of the words. Every conversation we have ever had, she speaks to me as if I am beneath her and as if I am one of her offspring. She considers it as a "No sugar coating" attitude, her exact words. However, I am a hard working adult and will be treated as such. All other parties involved with Powell realty have been kind, professional and prompt.

The woman who answered the phone was very rude and she was rude for the duration of the call. I will not be choosing to rent from this company in the future.
