We have an adult child with multiple disabilities, so we had to accommodate her needs. We brought our daughter with us and Carmen was kind and engaging with her. We saw many lovely homes that were not quite right for us. Carmen was so encouraging and continually assured me that we could keep looking and that we would find our dream home - and we did! She was right on that count and many more. She doesn't rush the process and she goes the extra mile to meet her clients' needs.
