Working with Jennifer and Cheyenne has been absolutely wonderful!! I am moving to the Virginia Beach area from out of state so I had to do everything remotely. Cheyenne, Taylor, Jennifer, and the CoVA Collective Realty was amazing to work with. I was only in town for 8 days prior to moving so I was in a rush to purchase a home. They worked early mornings, late nights, and weekends with me to be able to buy a home quickly. They were very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had about the buying process. Being a first time home buyer they did a great job explaining the process and helping me understand the different options I had. Working with Megan Morris to sell our home was a great experience! She made great recommendations and helped us sell for more than we were originally expecting. We are a military family and not only did she work around our crazy schedules, she helped us navigate closing with one of us out of the area. I have never been so excited to be a first time home buyer. I get to come home, my home, everyday and never want to leave because it’s mine. Kathleen Gamble was my realtor, and I would highly recommend her. Not only did I have a blast, but it was quick and easy. Once I saw the home I loved, I contacted her immediately and BOOM, the next day we are in the house and putting the offer in right away. She made my process fun, easy and exciting. Kathleen is very efficient, hardworking and informative.
