Lauren and Nathan are absolutely outstanding! I listened to their suggestions to a tee as far as what I needed to update in my home and order for it to sell for top dollar. Their suggestions actually saved me thousands of dollars when it came to the renovations I had planned on doing, that were not needed. Not only did it sell within days, it's sold for $10K above asking price! There is no other real estate team that I would recommend in the area, period!!!!

Lauren and Nathan were great to work with. Not only did they help find me a new home, they also helped in staging and selling my "old" one. Can't say enough about these two ! Both worked very hard at keeping me informed and made the entire process very pleasant ! Should I need to buy or sell again, they will be my first stop.
