I’m so disappointed how my realtor treated and spoken to me like I was nobody! We purchased A house and close on January 10 and every since we moved in everything has been falling apart. We still having sewage issue as well as electrically issues, we can’t use the dishwasher that came with the house that was new our ceiling light just stopped working it will not cut on as well as will not work! Our realtor used her plumber to help us with the issue and the issue was still not fixed the plumber said this issue should’ve been found in the home inspection along with the other three plumbers that we had to try to fix the issue. I’ve never been treated so bad a fussed out by someone who was supposed to be professional! I will NEVER REFER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER! This is supposed to be a great feeling when you purchase your first house and between the house having issues that should of been found,I had to be fussed at yelled at and had been told me and my husband are ungrateful and too lose her number and to never ever call her! I will let people know how I was treated and her manger saying it was pretty much okay how she spoke to me and she didn’t apologize because she said she wasn’t there!

I try to give companies the benefit of doubt, but enough is enough. I lived in my property for 3 years. I sent several Maintenence request. Many of my windows were not functional. They never replaced windows. The counter, cabinets, etc were dated, yet, they still went up on my rent (owner). After three years, they never came to replace windows or make any renovations that justified the increase in rent. But that’s not the part that shows me companies do not look out for the consumers. They decided to hire a company that charges 1,000 to trim a tree! And leaves me with a balance from move out inspection?? Now, I trimmed the tree often, with my own tools. Doesn’t take much time or effort. Yet, they thought it was smart to hire a company that charged 1,000? That does not seem like a smart business move at all. This only confirms what I was feeling before. All they want is your money. They could care less about you as a person. I honestly would not rent or buy using this company. It’s clear they could care less about you, just the money. There are actually companies that genuinely care about the consumer.

Melissa Salyers has done a good job taking care of my rental property since August 2013. I have consistently had renters and she readily communicates an concerns to me. She is fairly quick with returning email questions.
