My husband & I started our home search journey approximately June/July 2021. As everyone knows, that was during a VERY CHALLENGING & COMPETITIVE time. Thru out our entire journey, Roser was very professional, & communicated with us promptly ANYTIME we reached out to her. She encouraged us so much thru the process. She sent multiple homes for us to view. Her demeanor was ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, & she WAS IN IT TO WIN IT WITH US & FOR US. Communication is key in ANY relationship....when I tell u, u NEVER have to wait to know what is going on, or wait for a response for to long when dealing with Mrs Roser....she will not leave u to wonder, speculate, worry, or assume on ANYTHING during ur process. We were in a competitive market at the time, where others were overbidding as much as $20,000.00 OVER JUST to get a home. Mrs Roser encouraged us NOT to do that bc u go in with NEGATIVE equity in ur home. She is very educated, & knowledgeable in this field of being a realtor.
